BYPASS LINE

Even though the sensors can be mounted directly on a recirculation line (2" only), it is usually recommended to mount them on a bypass line for better performance, as well as ease of installation and maintenance.

The drawings and photos below show three types of installations: the standard bypass line assembly, the flow cell assembly and the sensor cell cabinet.

BYPASS LINE ASSEMBLY

The Bypass Line Assembly is designed to facilitate installation of the CHEMTROL^® controllers and to ensure proper water flow for the sensors. It is supplied as standard equipment with the CHEMTROL^® PC6000 and CHEMTROL^® PC3000 controllers. It is a highly recommended option for all other controllers.

FLOW CELL

The Flow Cell Assembly is designed to facilitate installation and maintenance of the sensors. It includes a flow cell with a clear cover, a vent line and two ball valves for flow control.

SENSOR CELL CABINET

The Sensor Cell Cabinet is a recommended option for added protection for all controllers.
