SENSOR BYPASS LINES |

|
|
Even though the sensors can be mounted directly on a recirculation line (2" only), it is usually recommended to mount them on a bypass line for better performance, as well as ease of installation and maintenance.
The drawings and photos below show three types of installations: the standard bypass line assembly, the flow cell assembly and the sensor cell assembly (also called wetbox). In addition, links to the drawings are listed below to support architects and engineers for preparation of their Requests for Bids. Several formats are offered so that they can be easily viewed (html format), printed directly on a printer (Acrobat Reader format) or inserted directly into CAD drawings (AutoCad format).
- Bypass Line (BPL)
- Flow Cell Assembly (FCA)
- Wetbox - Sensor Cell Assembly (SCA)
BYPASS LINE ASSEMBLY
The Bypass Line Assembly is designed to facilitate installation of the CHEMTROL
controllers and to ensure proper water flow for the sensors. It is supplied as standard equipment with the CHEMTROL
PC6000 and CHEMTROL
PC3000 controllers. It is a highly recommended option for all other controllers.
