CHEMTROL® 205 ORP/pH Controller A simple and inexpensive chemical controller for neutral sanitizer in: Residential Pools and Spas Commercial Pools and Spas Hotels, Motels Health Clubs Apartments Buildings Condo Associations. Industrial Water Treatment.

The CHEMTROL^® 205 ORP Controller uses an ORP sensor to monitor the Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP or Redox) of the sanitizer.  ORP is a very good indicator of sanitizer activity whereas conventional test kits (OTO or DPD) only show approximate concentrations. In particular, ORP measurements show the reduction in sanitizer activity caused by high pH and/or excessive cyanuric stabilizer

The front panel features an analog meter with ORP readings in millivolts, a green LED feed light, and an out-of-range red LED light.

The operator can directly dial the ORP levels to activate the chemical feeder for sanitizer feed, as required to maintain proper sanitation - regardless of fluctuations in bather load, contamination and weather.  Like a thermostat maintaining a constant temperature, the controller prevents overfeeding or underfeeding, both of which are detrimental to good water quality.

The CHEMTROL^® 205 Controller works only with neutral sanitizers recognized by health departments, i.e. dichoro chlorine or bromine. NOTE: For other sanitizers that require pH control, use the CHEMTROL^® 210 ORP/pH Controller.
