WARNING: BEWARE OF IMITATIONS
It has come to our attention that fraudulent copies of our CHEMTROL® 250 and PC2000 controllers have been marketed in China under our CHEMTROL® name.
These copies are of very poor quality. On the outside, the controller box looks exactly the same as ours, with our logo, corporate name and address. However, the electronics are very different as shown below with side by side photos of the fraudulent power board (left) and actual CHEMTROL® 250 power board (right). Also, the unit that we tested in our facility was of such low quality as to be non-functional. In particular, the sensor readings were completely false. The operating commands were non-operational.
If you see any fraudulent controller, please make sure to report it as soon as possible to your CHEMTROL® distributor and to the competent authorities in charge of fraud repression.
