The pH MENU is used to select the pH control parameters using either acid or base feed or both.
It also includes an Acid Wash program for periodic injection of an acid rinse
solution to clean the heads of the sensors. |
The pH MENU includes selection of:
- Feed mode:
- Off
- Manual Feed
- Auto Feed with selection of:
- ON/OFF mode with adjustable deadband,
- Proportional mode with adjustable deadband and bandwidth,
- Timer with adjustable ON and OFF cycles
- Sensor calibration in pH units (choice of 1, 2 or 3 points),
- Control Setpoint in pH units,
- Low Alarm in pH units with optional buzzer and feed lockout,
- High alarm in pH unitswith optional buzzer and feed lockout,
- Time Limit with adjustable overfeed safety shutoff,
- Run Time displays for the current feed event and cumulative run time,
- Acid Wash program for cleaning of probes.
