Re: CHEMTROL CONTROLLER

Thank you for your assistance in getting our existing (Brand X) controller exchanged for a CHEMTROL 350 unit.

We are requesting this exchange due to problems our maintenance department is having with the existing (Brand X) unit. Specifically:

  1. The probes of the (Brand X) unit are requiring daily cleaning in order to maintain accurate sensing.  The probes become dirty in a short period of time and this causes the pool chemistry to get out of balance.
  2. The difficulty of operating the (Brand X) controller is a problem for on-site personnel. We find that the CHEMTROL is much more user friendly. Therefore, monitoring and adjustment of pool chemistry through the controller are problematic resulting in poor maintenance of chemistry.

Please advise when the exchange of controllers can be achieved and I will provide the necessary maintenance assistance with electrical connections, etc.
