CITY OF LOS ANGELES California Department of Recreation and Parks September 24, 1996 SUBJECT: CHEMTROL PC 3000 CHEMICAL CONTROL SYSTEM In reference to our telephone conversation of September 24, I can endorse the CHEMTROL line of chemical controllers as superior products as I have personally been involved with the installation and operation of these products for over ten years. I am the supervisor in charge of the construction, maintenance and operation of 60 municipal swimming pools and have purchased 60 of the new PC3000 controllers. The special features of this controller will allow me a measure of quality control never before available to swimming pool operations. CHEMTROL factory direct support has been invaluable to me by supplying hand on training for my crew of swimming pool technician/mechanics. To my knowledge no other company offers factory training to their customers free of charge, some controller companies resist training their customers so they can offer service maintenance contracts to promote more business. Outside of City employment, I also operate a part-time pool service business of my own and have installed CHEMTROL systems at health clubs and community centers who still call on me for service and new additions to their facilities.
